I loved this hotel. Everyone was so lovely and super kind! The sights were incredibly gorgeous. Hotel and food 10/10, I loved everything here and for sure I will be back.

We had a fantastic experience at Jaz Grand Marsa. We stayed there at the end of August, everything was top notch. We were very impressed with the room - it seemed bigger than other hotels of the same class. The food was very good: there was always a large selection of meat and fish for lunch and dinner, and the food was updated until the very end of the meal. The sea coast is made up of coral reefs, special shoes are needed to walk on them. You could swim from the pier every day, it was always open in the afternoon. I really liked the work of the animators: always unobtrusive, but they really try to involve vacationers in some activities. I can safely recommend the hotel for a quality beach holiday.

Jaz Grand is our favorite destination! We’ve been here before and we will keep coming year after year ;) We literally feel at home here, the staff is amazing, suuuuper friendly, always smiling and always very helpful! The entertainment team feels like family to us already… huge thanks to especially Zuza, Thomas, Dominika, Mahmoud (habibi extravaganza haha), Vanessa, Wojtek, Tereska and the rest:)

Wonderful landscapes, cristal clear waters, colorful sea life, amazing experience! Sharm El Luli and Qulaan, a mind-blowing experience with the expertise of oir guide Mahmood provided by @jazgrandmarsa at Coraya Bay in Marsa Alam A stunning organisation and a very personal touch which made us feel comfortable and let us enjoy the whole experience 5 stars to them!!!

The waiters and staff working on the terrace by the main restaurant are only nice to young girls and German guests. I've been here three days and no one has asked if I'd like a drink. They just stand there and stare at me. They look like they're there as a punishment.
